Paethongtarn" thanks the Prime Ministers of Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore, congratulates them on the opportunity to assume the position of the 31st Prime Minister, confirms readiness to move forward in cooperation to increase friendship for the benefit of the country and the region together. Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, responded on Twitter (X) to leaders of three neighboring countries, namely HE Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Dato' Seri Anwar Bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, and HE Mr. Lawrence Wong, Prime Minister of Singapore. The Prime Minister thanked Samdech Maha Boworathibodi Hun Manet for the congratulatory message, which was one of the first leaders to receive after receiving the Royal Command appointing me as Prime Minister, and reaffirmed the close neighborliness and strategic partnership between Thailand and Cambodia, which will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Thai-Cambodian diplomatic relation s next year, and the commitment to working closely together to enhance the relationship between the two countries. On the part of the Malaysian Prime Minister, who posted an X to congratulate Ms. Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, on the occasion of taking office, making history as the youngest Prime Minister and the second woman to hold this honorable position. As close neighbors, Malaysia and Thailand are important and enduring partners. Relations are built on long-standing and deep-rooted historical, cultural and economic ties. The pursuit of peace and common development in southern Thailand has greatly benefited communities on both sides of the border. The Malaysian Prime Minister looks forward to working closely with the Prime Minister to fully promote the potential of the bilateral relations between the two countries. The Malaysian Prime Minister also expressed his sincere gratitude to former Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha for his visionary leadership in strengthening relations between the two countries. The Prime Minister reposted his thanks for the well wishes and emphasized that Thailand and Malaysia are neighbors with a long-standing good relationship. The close cooperation in the past in the work of the former Prime Minister and Prime Minister Anwar has helped promote the progress of the relationship between the two countries. The Prime Minister hopes to work with Prime Minister Anwar to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between each other for the benefit of both countries. And the Prime Minister of Singapore congratulated the Prime Minister on the occasion of assuming the position of Prime Minister of Thailand.
