Ministry of Foreign Affairs prepares to visit 6 families of Thai hostages, reiterates that the government is still expediting assistance, asks not to lose hope, explains that "Israel-Hamas" have not yet reached a ceasefire agreement, making it impossible to release the hostages. Mr. Rasm Chaleechan, Assistant Minister to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, revealed the negotiations to help the 6 Thai hostages who have been held in the violence in the Middle East between Israel and Hamas for more than 10 months. The government has assigned Mr. Dusit Manaphan, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, to visit the families of the 6 Thai hostages to explain the various steps that have taken place and to help this group of Thai hostages return to Thailand. He emphasized that the government has not abandoned Thais and is still trying to expedite the process of helping the 6 Thais leave the Gaza Strip. He asked everyone not to lose hope. The assistant minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that th e government and the Prime Minister have given importance and urged to expedite the negotiation process to help the Thais as soon as possible. Previously, he and Mr. Dusit Manaphan, advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, traveled to Middle Eastern countries, including Egypt, Israel, and Qatar, to discuss with relevant ministers to request support for negotiations to help the last 6 hostages. The relevant ministers of the 3 countries promised to continue finding ways to help negotiate so that Hamas will release all the Thais. However, there are still many problems, especially the lack of trust between the conflicting countries. It is necessary to immediately cease fire between the Israeli army and Hamas first. Because if there is no cease fire and the hostages are released, the hostages will be harmed. Both Israel and Hamas have not been able to reach this agreement. The Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs also revealed that during the discussion with the Israeli Foreign Minister, the Thai government h as asked the Israeli government to look after the safety of Thai workers, who have now returned to Israel to work, more than 30,000 people, by asking that Thai workers not be sent to work in border areas at risk of attack or red zones, to which the Israeli government has promised to look after Thais and ensure that they are in safe areas. -312.
